An equally penniless musician (Stelios Vokowitz) falls in love with her, but she is in love with Loris Alekos Alexandrakis), who comes from a wealthy bourgeois family. Loris falls victim to a conniving woman and abandons Manto, who is pregnant and soon gives birth to their child.
